We could not be happier with our new Lake Michigan Home. We knew going into this process that building a home was a considerable undertaking, especially building so far away from our primary residence in Ann Arbor. I contacted MAC Custom Homes regarding building a "dream house" on my property along Lake Michigan. I interviewed and chose them based on local reviews and accolades. I was impressed by the customer support Marcy and Joe provided, even from pre-construction. The entire process of building our new home with MAC was stress-free. They were very organized, and they knew how to solve problems when they came up. The lines of communication were always open, and we felt very involved in the process. They were so good at keeping the project on track that we could move into our new home a month earlier than projected. The staff at MAC is outstanding. There are many builders out there, but everyone that worked on our home was a craftsman. They genuinely enjoy and take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of our home.
