At MAC Custom Homes, we believe the process of building a home should be a fun and enjoyable experience. To build great homes consistently, we have developed a building process for each home we build.  It allows us to make certain you are always involved, informed and satisfied with your new home.

1.  Initial Meeting
This is where we determine what stage you are at so we know where to begin or process.

1. Do you have property?
2. Are you currently working with an Architect/Designer?
3. Do you have a budget in mind?
4. What is your expected start date?

2.  MAC Custom Homes Tour
Personal Tour of present and past projects of MAC.

3.  Land Evaluation
A personal visit to home site to evaluate site conditions.

4.  Client’s Specifications
A room-by-room walk thru with MAC to identify specific wants and needs.

5.  Design Stage
Architect/Designer and Client design the home.

6.  Summary of Estimated Bldg. Cost
Compiling all the information of plans and spec’s from which MAC will provide a cost of the home.

7.  Contract
Upon approval of Summary of Est. Building Cost, MAC and Client sign the contract.

8.  Schedule
MAC will provide the Client with a detailed schedule with detailed timeline.

9.  Construction
Construction begins.

10.  Completion
Upon completion MAC will do a thorough inspection and walk-through.

11.  Warranty
MAC believes so much in their ability to build that we extend a warranty that goes above and beyond.
